In antiquity the Muses were the daughters of Memory, and every work of art began with an appeal to one of them. For us, the muse is the idea that gives a celebration its coherence: a single creative direction, held with conviction from the first sketch to the final toast.
Campania has been setting mosaics for more than two thousand years; the Alexander Mosaic, lifted from the House of the Faun in Pompeii, still hangs in the National Archaeological Museum of Naples. A mosaic is the art of difference. No two tesserae are alike, each keeps its own colour, and every one of them is necessary to the picture.
Our promise is simple to state and demanding to keep. Whatever your celebration brings together — two families, two faiths, three languages, guests from four continents — each part will keep its own character, and the whole will read as one. Nothing generic, nothing borrowed, nothing out of place.
A single person conceives your celebration and remains answerable for it, so that the design you approve is the design your guests see.
Rituals are called by their names and performed as your families expect, with the officiants, timings and materials they require.
Guests are met, moved and looked after; parents are consulted; and you are free, at last, to be present at your own celebration.
Fine words cost nothing. These are the habits that allow us to honour ours, celebration after celebration.
